Terms
Last updated 1 October 2026
These terms are between your organisation and Tiger ICT Limited (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 14850444, with its registered office at Flat 13, 1 Jardine Road, Campania Building, London, England, E1W 3WD, which provides TigerHRM. They apply when you use this website and when your organisation uses the TigerHRM service. TigerHRM is for businesses, not consumers. By starting a trial or a subscription you confirm you’re authorised to agree to these terms for your organisation.
1. The service
TigerHRM is online software for managing staff records and documents, right to work checks, rotas, holiday and absence, time and attendance, and payroll exports. We may improve and change the service over time, and we’ll tell you in advance about any change that removes something important you rely on.
TigerHRM helps you follow UK employment rules, but it doesn’t give legal advice. You remain responsible for your decisions as an employer, including right to work checks and how you apply holiday and working time rules.
2. Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with everything included and no card needed. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep using TigerHRM; you’re only charged once the trial is over.
3. Subscriptions and payment
- Plans are charged monthly or yearly, in advance, by card through Stripe.
- Most plans are priced for each active employee. People who have left don’t count. The number of active employees is checked daily and your subscription adjusts to match.
- If a payment fails we’ll tell you and try again. If it still can’t be taken, access may be paused until the account is paid.
- We may change our prices. We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice, and the change applies from your next billing period.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in TigerHRM. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund part periods. After cancelling you can still sign in to download your reports and payroll exports.
If you ask us to close your account entirely, we delete your company’s data after a 30-day wait, so it can be recovered if you change your mind during that time.
5. Your data
Everything your organisation puts into TigerHRM belongs to you. You’re the controller of your employees’ personal data and we process it only on your instructions to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. We keep it in the UK and protect it with appropriate security measures. A data processing agreement is available on request.
6. Using TigerHRM responsibly
Keep your sign-in details and two-step codes safe, give access only to people who need it, and don’t use TigerHRM for anything unlawful, to store information you don’t have the right to hold, or to try to break or overload the service.
7. Availability and support
We work hard to keep TigerHRM available and back up your data every night, but we can’t promise the service will never be interrupted. We’ll give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Help is available through the contact form.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll tell account owners about important changes in advance by email or in TigerHRM.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
